1. atOnce has taken care in developing this website however atOnce does not represent or warrant that;

  • The information or opinions contained in or on the atOnce website or conveyed by any advertisement on the website is correct or free from error or omission and
  • The information or opinions contained in or on the atOnce website is not misleading nor that it does not infringe any persons rights and
  • The qualifications claimed or implied of any person, organisation or corporation offering services on the atOnce website or that the person, organisation or corporation is legally entitled to carry out the services irrespective of whether it is a trade, profession or business service and
  • The categorisation of the service offering or the headings of service groupings either real or implied are accurate or that they state or imply a capability or entitlement to provide the services and
  • That atOnce can match the service request with a service provider that is qualified, capable or willing to perform the services requested and
  • That the service request is accurate and not misleading or false and
  • The quality or timeliness of any work or services provided by persons, organisations or corporations listed on the atOnce website and
  • The capacity or preparedness of the consumer of work or services to pay for the work or services in accordance with the terms agreed solely between the service provider and the consumer and
  • The access to, the availability of or the compliance with any law (including occupational health and safety law) of, the work site or sites where the work or services are to be carried out and
  • The access to or the availability of any plant, materials, personnel, accommodation or any other input required to allow the work or service to be provided

2. The selection and engagement of any service provider is at the sole discretion of the consumer and subject to clause 1 above.atOnce does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular service provider. The service providers or the consumers are not employees or agents of atOnce. The terms of the contract between the service provider and the consumer are at the sole discretion of the service provider and the consumer.

3. To the extent permitted by the Law, atOnce and its employees, agents, contractors etc. Exclude all liability to any person for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or arising as a result of using in any manner any information, materials or services provided by atOnce including but not limited to the atOnce website.

4. atOnce  Ltd warrants that the atOnce website is reasonably fit for purpose for the purpose for which such websites are generally used. To the extent permitted by Law, atOnce  Ltd limits their liability for breach of this or any other condition or warranty implied by Law to the replacement of the service provided by atOnce  Ltd free of charge.

5. By completing part or all of the registration process as a service provider or part or all of the service request as a consumer, you, as a service provider or as a consumer of services agree that you are entering into a Contract with atOnce  Ltd where you warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current and truthful and that you will fulfil your obligations to atOnce  Ltd including , but not limited to, making all payments to be made by a service provider including lead and success payments and completing as a consumer all feed back questionnaires.

6. atOnce Ltd respects the privacy of the users of the atOnce website and all information collected and stored by atOnce shall be used only to deliver the services offered by atOnce, including but not limited to, managing your account including communicating with you and potential counter parties, to perform research or analysis including background screening and to manage the business of atOnce  Ltd. Your personnel information will not be shared with third parties other than required by the functions of the atOnce business.
